This coffee from Gesha Village in Ethiopia is super special. It was a big challenge for me as this was my first Gesha Varietal to roast!
This is a very delicate coffee. It reminds me heavily of jasmine tea, yet is very complex. I notice hints of yuzu, plum, and milk chocolate. It has a nice balance of citric and lactic acidities with a very silky mouthfeel.
