This is a custom blend for my dear friend Maxie of Cafecito Hour in NYC. Maxie is raising funds to get her own coffee cart to really launch her business, so we collaborated on this blend to help raise some money!

50/50 blend of a Natural Costa Rica from Hacienda Sonora and a Washed Guatemala produced by Stuardo Coto. the Costa Rica is roasted a bit darker and the Guatemala is roasted to a medium level. I wanted to create a nostalgic but nice flavor profile for this blend.
It’s giving black cherry, almond, heavy body, and juicy notes!
